unable connect to other instances - Ruby mastodon

docker: no
I build a mastodon instance：https://nofan.xyz
but unable use like: abc@nofan.xyz account to follow xxx@mastodon.cc account or reply / repost other instance message.
the weird thing is, the xxx@mastodon.cc user able to mention @abc@nofan.xyz and open the profile,but cant follow / reply / repost.
I try to use journalctl -u mastodon-web but can't have any useful info.
nginx log isn't have exception.
so please help how to fix this error, or catch the error log / position.
I am not a english native speaker, thank you for your watching!

Please do post what you see in journalctl -u mastodon-web, I don't know where else you'd get information about what's happening…

uh, that's weird, i don't even know what would produce such an output…
Try journalctl -u mastodon-web --follow then attempt the follow and see what happens in the logs.
